You can create an account with us to place an order. This stores your personal information, like your name, address, and email... so next time you shop, all you have to do is log into your account. Please make sure to note your user name and password so that you'll have it next time you shop with us!!
All orders will be filled in a timely manner, in the order they are received. Our goal is to get order filled in a few days-but please allow 2-5 business days for items that are made from to order (which most of our products are, and during holiday seasons. You will receive an email notifying you when your package has been shipped.
We currently accept US orders only. We accept Paypal for online orders as well as checks and money orders. Paypal includes Instant Bank Transfers, and Credit/Debit Card Payments. A Paypal account is not required to use Paypal. You will be given the option of creating an account with Paypal after ordering if you choose to do so.
Shipping Charges
All orders are shipped via USPS.
We will strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. Again... please allow 5-7 business days and 7 to 10 business days during any holiday season. Refunds
We cannot refund or exchange products because you dislike the fragrance, or color. Contact us within 7 days so that we can work out a mutually fair resolution. Each product is made fresh when your order is received. We do not have these products pre-made. This insures you are receiving a fresh, quality product.
We will not be responsible for damages incurred during shipment. All packages are well packaged in an appropriate manner. We do understand that damages DO occur during shipment. In the event your product was damaged during shipment, please email us so we can discuss replacements. Replacements will only be made upon inspection of returned damaged items. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation of Orders
There will be a cancellation/restocking fee for any orders that are cancelled. The fee will be 20% of your total amount of order, and taken out before refunding.
Out of Stock
In the event an item is out of stock, we'll notify you via email so we can discuss replacement of the out of stock item you purchased - or the date the item will be available.
Low Melt Point Products
We cannot and will not guarantee that some of our products will not melt during shipping. Our body butter is one item that melts easily.
It is best to order these products during the cooler months.
Privacy
We DO NOT and WILL NOT sell, trade, or share email addresses or your personal information for any reason!! We value your privacy as much as we do our own!!
