Are your products homemade?

 All of our soaps and candles are made here at Southern Scents of Arkansas. Our bath and body products are also hand crafted here. Most of them are made from scratch. For others, we use pre-made bases and add additional ingredients to make them our own.

Can I return my products?

Due to the sensitive nature of some of our products we will only accept returns on products that are unopened or that may arrive defective. Please contact us if you have a problem with your order when it arrives and we will more than happy to find the best solution for you.

How are your products shipped?

products are shipped via USPS priority mail.  In most cases our products are shipped within 5 to 7 days; please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. There are exceptions to this however. If you have ordered an item that has to be specially made it may take a day or two longer. If this should be the case we will notify you of the estimated shipping time. We ship 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you have any questions regarding shipping or ordering specialty products, please don't hesitate to contact us.

How do I know I successfully placed my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order information saying it was successfully sent. If you don't receive an email, please contact us. We will also send you an email verifying your order has been shipped.

Is your online store secure?

Yes it is. Orders on our site are encrypted with SSL (Security Socket Layer) technology. Our secure server encrypts all information put into your cart before being sent. This technology is a trusted way to send over the internet.
